How it runs: discovery call (free, 15 minutes) → fixed proposal in 24 hours (2–4 pages, plain PDF) → build with one working session from your team → acceptance test, handover, and 14 days of defect cover.
What we won't automate: judgement, relationships, and candidate decisions stay human — we're paid to improve the workflow, not to maximise automation.
How success is agreed
Before anything is built, you write the acceptance test — pass/fail, in your numbers, in writing. A specimen, to show the shape: “Every new CV is returned to the consultant in house style, correct and ready to approve, within ten minutes.” Your test will use your workflow and your thresholds.
If the build doesn't pass the test you wrote, you have a revision round and 14 days of defect cover. Scope, exclusions, and the test itself are fixed in writing before we start.
